Eventer offers two ways to personalize the filters that appear on photos taken with your event’s camera and photobooth (these filters do not apply to photos added from the gallery). Depending on whether you’re looking for a quick solution or a more elaborate graphic personalization, one option or the other will be better suited to your needs.
Personalized Filter
The Personalized Filter is created directly within Eventer, with no external tools required: you choose a frame style and its color, then add text at the top and/or bottom of the image with the font and color of your choice.
Its main strength is simplicity: in just a few minutes, with no graphic design skills, you get a clean filter that fits your event. In return, creative possibilities remain limited — no logo, no illustration, no background image — and the result stays understated, built around the frame and text.
This option is perfectly suited to weddings, birthdays, family gatherings, parties with friends, or community events, where the goal is simply to mark the date, the names of the bride and groom, or the event’s name, without going into an elaborate graphic approach.
Pro Filters
The Pro Filters option lets you import your own visuals in PNG format for the camera and photobooth, designed in your usual graphic tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva…). Two versions are required to cover both portrait and landscape orientations. You can also define several filters for the camera, which guests can navigate between with a simple swipe. You can also upload a JPG background image, which will be used by the background replacement feature of the camera and photobooth to replace the guests’ surroundings.
Technical specifications
- Portrait filter: PNG 1080 × 1620 px
- Landscape filter: PNG 1620 × 1080 px
- Transparent background required (only the visuals — logo, frame, text, illustrations — should be visible)
- Background image: a single JPG file
This option offers great creative freedom: logos, illustrations, typography, elaborate frames, or transparency effects can be integrated into the filter to align it with the spirit of the event or with an existing visual identity. Filters can be created in a design software, purchased or downloaded from image banks such as Freepik, PNGTree, or CleanPNG, or generated using AI tools. For organizers who prefer to delegate, the Eventer team can also design the filters based on the visual elements provided. In any case, the PNG dimensions and transparency must be respected.
This option is aimed at all organizers who want a truly polished and distinctive filter: whether it’s a wedding with a custom visual featuring the couple’s theme or monogram, a corporate seminar, a product launch, a festival, or a conference where the filter becomes a true element of visual identity.
